According to TopAppCharts.com – a web site that measures rankings of top iPhone and iPad apps – Smart Pad had the 9th best debut of any iPad app in any category. We’re not sure what that means, but it has to be good!
Smart Pad is the Zen of Productivity. It features a Calendar, Organizer, Task Manager, Integrated Notes system, and Time Tracker all in one. Start with our adaptive SmartTime™ logic that looks at your appointments and finds time for your tasks. Then add in the best features from SmartCal, SmartNotes and SmartPlans, wrapped in a familiar day-book planner and you have the ultimate organizer for your iPad. Smart Pad is great for business, home, and for school. And it’s easy to use, right out of the box.
Smart Pad does sync to Toodledo, which is the #1 web-based task management app. So you could probably sync from iCal to Toodledo using Mark Space.
Hello Aexander,
This is very strange. None of our beta testers came across this and I have not had this issue either. May I suggest that you contact our Help Desk and they can help you with the specific issue? If it turns out to be a bug, we will fix it! http://www.leftcoastlogic.com/blog/support/helpdesk/
Great comments! A few suggestions:
For questions about “how to”, go to our Forum. There are lots of people there to help you.
For technical questions such as “this does not work”, go to our Help Desk. They will answer you within 24 hours.
We do have “Projects” on the way. Version 1.1, currently in Beta and due out in a few weeks, will focus on direct sync with the iPad Calendar and significant performance improvements. Version 1.2, due shortly after (early December?) will feature significant UI enhancements based on user feedback (in our Forum!) and will also incorporate Projects and a cool GTD feature.
Smart Pad is only a 1.x version app. We have many, many features and improvements planned. This is only just the beginning. And because we are small, we listen to our users – particularly in the Forum.
Thanks again for your comments!
HI Ray, just go to our Forum and create a separate user name and password. Sorry, that’s on a different server 🙂
