SmartDay (for Mac) automatically connects with all iCal calendars. So you have two choices: (1) Remove them from iCal (easy to do) or Hide them in SDM (use the ‘eyeball’ icon at the bottom).
For SmartDay iPhone and SmartPad, you do not need to sync with your device Calendar.
