Welcome to SmartDay – a new way to organize, integrate and connect across all your computers and devices.  On January 26 at MacWorld, we unveiled SmartDay Mac and mySmartDay.com. Over the next few months we will release them to the public and integrate with their iOS counterparts, SmartDay for iPhone and SmartDay for web.  And coming later this year, SmartDay Companion for other smart phones.

SmartDay is different from all other calendars because it is a truly integrated organizer – it uses our SmartTime™ logic to schedule tasks for you directly into the free time in your day. Here’s how it works:

For iPad
SmartPad

SmartPad has been consistently ranked in the top 1% of all Productivity apps on the app store since it’s debute at #9 in 2010. Now SmartPad w/Cloud Sync – released April 30 – syncs BOTH Events and Tasks directly with our cloud service, mySmartDay.com.

Its successor, SmartDay for iPad, will be released this summer and will include drag and drop linking of tasks, events and notes. Learn more about SmartPad here.

For iPhone 
SmartCal

SmartCal is the iPhone version of SmartPad. It also syncs Events with the iPhone calendar and syncs Tasks with Toodledo. Its successor, SmartDay for iPhone, will be released early this summer. It will sync directly with mySmartDay.com, and will include the second generation of SmartDay features such as drag/drop linking between objects (tasks, events, notes).  Learn more about SmartCal here.

For Mac
SmartDay 

Unveiled at MacWorld, SmartDay Mac is now available for public beta. SmartDay Mac syncs Events and Reminders (tasks) directly with iCal, and will also sync both Tasks and Events with mySmartDay.com.

For Web and PC 
mySmartDay.com

mySmartDay is our cloud hub. This is a free web-based organizer and calendar. All of our SmartDay apps across iOS and OSX devices will be able to sync with each other via mySmartDay. You can also use mySmartDay on any browser, anywhere, anytime.  Just sign up for this free service directly from SmartDay on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. And later this year, Droid.

For other smart phones
SmartDay Companion

We are also planning to release ‘companion’ apps for other mobile devices such as Droid and Blackberry. More on this later…

Already connected
SmartNotes

For the past year we’ve been quietly integrating one of our most popular apps, SmartNotes, with mySmartDay.com. SmartNotes rose to #1 on the app store shortly after it was launched in late 2010.  It runs on both iPhone and iPad as a Universal app.  You can create and manage notes and tasks with voice and photo attachments – and sync both to our web app, SmartNotes Web.  This is also located as a separate tab on our SmartDay site, mySmartDay.com.  If you have SmartNotes now, you can sign up NOW for free.
