SmartDay is a fully integrated organizer for Mac. It integrates tasks and events into your calendar, using logic to schedule time for your tasks.

SmartDay synchronizes with a free browser-based web version so you can access your information anywhere, from any computer. The web version also synchronizes with SmartPad, our iPad organizer. Now you can keep organized and integrated in your office, at home, or on the go.

SmartDay is designed to be unobtrusive but always available. Click the icon in your menu bar and it drops down, slim and ready.

How it works:

✓ View your entire day in the drop-down: Mini-month, Focus Pane, and Day Calendar.
✓ Tap on the Mini-month to navigate to other days.
✓ Focus Pane shows all-day events as well as tasks that are due and overdue.
✓ Day Calendar shows your appointments.
✓ Tasks are automatically integrated into the free space in today’s Day Calendar.
✓ Drag and drop items from the Day Calendar into Mini Month to re-organize on the fly.
✓ Click to open the List Module for an expanded view of Tasks, Categories and other lists.
✓ Apply context filters with one click.
✓ One-click search and create box.
✓ Synchronize calendar items directly with iCal on your Mac.
✓ Synchronize Events, Tasks, Contexts and Colors with SmartDay Web.
✓ SmartDay Web also syncs with SmartPad, our all-in-one iPad organizer.

More on the List Module:

✓ Command + L toggles a column with all of your Lists – Task, Checklist, History and Categories.
✓ Create Tasks on the fly; associate them with any Category, give them any Context.
✓ Create recurring lists for shopping, packing, etc.
✓ Apply one-click filters to show and sort your Tasks efficiently.
✓ Drag Tasks into the Mini-Month to create or update Deadlines/Alerts.
✓ Click on a Category to view its Events and Tasks.
