Organizers
Our Organizers all feature a task list that is literally integrated with the calendar: SmartTime™ logic takes your pending tasks each day and schedules them into the free time between appointments. Try SmartPad for iPad, SmartDay for Mac OS X, and SmartDay for iPhone (coming soon). These all sync with each other via mySmartDay.com. Upcoming versions will feature integrated notes as well.
Planners
Our Project Planner, SmartPlans, takes a longer-term, project-oriented approach: create personal projects, break them into milestones, and fill each milestone with tasks. Manage multiple projects in one GANTT view so you can see how much time to allocate to each. View Milestones and tasks directly in the Apple Calendar. SmartPlans is available as a Universal app: buy one and it runs on both iPad and iPhone.
Multimedia Notes
Our notes app, SmartNotes, allows you to create sticky-style notes, attach voice recordings or photos, and group them into folders simply by dragging them onto each other. SmartNotes syncs with the SmartNotes module of mySmartDay.com. SmartNotes
ScrapBook is a great scrapbooking and presentation tool for iPad that features the same sticky-style notes as SmartNotes, but also adds full Photos, Interactive Mapping, Page-flip navigation, and Slide-shows.
