Watch how SmartPad and SmartCal automate GTD. This video clip shows how SmartPad for iPad, and SmartCal for iPhone/iPod touch, automate task management. When the task list filter (middle pane) is set to “GTDo”, then only the top task from each Project is shown. This helps you to focus. Then when you mark a GTDo task as “done”, a line is crossed through it in the Projects pane (far right), and the next task from that project simultaneously appears in the Task list. Note how the tasks also flow directly into the Calendar pane (far left). SmartTime logic always inserts tasks into the open time in your calendar. (The video shows SmartPad on an iPad, but SmartCal has the same feature.)
Hi! SmartPad syncs Events with the iPad Calendar, and Tasks with Toodledo. You can connect your iPad calendar to other 3rd party calendar such as Exchange, Google, Mobile Me and of course iCal. But Events only (the iPad calendar does not support Tasks). Likewise, Toodledo has an open API and can connect to other task lists as well.
