It’s one thing to organize your day. I do that the night before.  It’s another thing to organize your week.  I suggest you do that each Friday at the end of the day.  I’ve found that if I can “plan out”  my week on Friday, then I have much less stress over the weekend. And I also have a framework to “fall into” when Monday 6am comes around. It’s so nice to wake up and already know your week is ahead of you and you’re ready to go!  Here’s what I do:

In Google calendar, go to Week view.  Notice in the top, there is a separate pane for “All Day Events.”  Click anywhere in there to create a new “topic.”  For me, these are either large tasks that will take up at least half a day each, or they are larger Projects that can be made up of tasks. It doesn’t matter which you use. What matters is that you are creating a number of “building blocks” for your week.

Now, you can move them around from day to day, or even change the order, just by dragging them back and forth. Move them around until it all fits!

Tip: Try to have no more than two “topics” per day. Any more than this, and you’ll be overwhelmed.  Don’t worry, you can break a topic into sub-tasks.

Once you’ve got your week figured out, you can sync this calendar to SmartCal, SmartTime or SmartPad and they will show up as All Day Events.  Sweet!
