The most unique feature of SmartPad is our SmartTime™ logic, which automatically schedules tasks into the free time in your calendar. You can also adjust the working hours of your day – as shown in this video clip – to automatically schedule more, or fewer, tasks.
Marking Tasks as “Done” is easy in both the Task List (where Tasks from all projects are shown by priority or by smart filter) and in the Project View (where Tasks are shown by Project category). Marking a task as “Done” in the Task List will put a line through that Task for the rest of the day, so you can see what you have accomplished. In the Project View, you can show or hide all Tasks that have been completed for each Project.
