Here is how you can use SmartPad as a month planner: Create All-Day Events that correspond to your main Project categories. Place them directly into your calendar, as shown in this example. Then, on each day, devote 50% of your entire time to that project. This way, you can wake up each day and know what the “theme” is for that day. Block out time and start working, or just use the “Star” filter to show only tasks from the “theme” (Project Category) for that day! Then, you’ll see just the tasks from that Project, integrated into your calendar for the day.
