Convert Tasks to Events automatically

SmartTime uses adaptive logic to look at your appointments, then find time for your tasks. But SmartTime also has many hidden features that some of you may not be aware of.  Here is one that I use to improve my day – read on, or watch the video. At the beginning of your day, switch to Calendar view to see exactly where SmartTime has placed our tasks. Then, drag your tasks to the specific time slots that you would like to work them. SmartTime automatically converts them into Events.

Alerts with Snooze keep you on Task

You can even set alerts to remind you when to move on to the next task, and the alerts now have a Snooze option.

Google helps you to Archive

When your day is done, synchronize with Google Calendar.  You can use this as an archive to look back and see when you completed each and every task.  Google’s “Agenda” view is particularly useful for this as you can use their Search feature to filter.
