Now that SmartPad 2.1 syncs automatically and in the background, you can create a new task directly from any Email and send it directly into SmartPad, via Toodledo. This also works for SmartCal and for SmartPlans.

Here’s how to it looks:
1) Forward any email to your “secret email” created with your free Toodledo account. The Subject of the Email becomes the name of your Task. You can also add some words and symbols that help define the task. For example, the “*” after the name of the task gives it a Star, #tomorrow gives it a due date for tomorrow, and*Marketing places it in my “Marketing” category.
2) Here’s how it looks in SmartPad 2.1, without having to lift a finger – it just appears there seconds later! (click to enlarge)
