Here is a sneak peek at some of the new features coming in the all-new SmartCal 3, due in mid-May. We call it the ‘thumb planner’ because we designed it so that you can do everything with just one thumb – or finger! – while holding the iPhone in your hand. Check out some of these features and we hope you will agree it is the most unique – and convenient – organizer ever designed. These are screen shots from a video clip we are working on that shows some of the special features.

Flip to Task view…
view your Tasks for the entire week, and see how many you can do each day!
SmartCal shows how many tasks can fit into each day, based up on your other Appointments and the duration of your tasks.
Plan your entire week…
just drag tasks up and down to fit them into specific days.
…or even an entire Month!
Just pull the Thumb Planner down to show one, two, three, four, or even five weeks!
All-Day events are shown in the colors of their calendars; days with green dots have tasks that specifically start on those days; days with red dots have tasks that have deadlines on those days; and the darker the background the color, the more appointments you have on those days.
Task Drawer gives you full detail…
for the day that you have highlighted. In addition to the tasks and events shown in the main Calendar below, the Task Drawer shows you tasks that start on that day and also tasks that have deadlines on that day. You can drag and drop from here into the Thumb Planner to change anything, on the go!Drag and Drop!
Drag and Drop from anywhere to anywhere
You can also drag a meeting or task from the main Day Calendar, directly into the Thumb Planner. Great for quickly changing appointments.
Tap-Drag to resize!
Drag the edge of a Task or Event to change its duration. Much easier than clumsy “edit” screens!
